Embodiment is Good Business

My work in healthcare, especially my work with healthcare employees, is a proof of concept for the principles I have developed for waking mind and body. Employees participating in the mind-body study at the Courage Center have experienced significant decreases in job stress and significant increases in job satisfaction, job commitment and commitment to their professions. They also have reported improvements in overall quality of life. This is great news for Courage Center management. Besides being a meaningful investment in their employees’ well being, it saves them money by increasing overall job retention and decreasing costs related to job turnover. Eventually, our goal is to prove that an investment to facilitate employee mind-body awareness will reduce employer healthcare costs. Once this happens, competitive business principles will carry increased mind-body awareness everywhere.
